If you wish to cancel a booking, you may do so through the Jetairlix website or by contacting our customer support team. Please note that cancellations are subject to the airline's specific cancellation policy, and additional fees may apply. Jetairlix will assist in processing your cancellation according to the airline’s terms.
If an airline cancels your flight, Jetairlix will inform you as soon as possible. In such cases, the airline’s policies will determine the available options, which may include rebooking, credit, or a refund. We will support you in securing the best available resolution based on the airline’s terms.
Last-minute cancellations, made within 24 hours of the scheduled departure, are generally non-refundable. Refunds, if any, are subject to the airline’s last-minute cancellation policies and are handled case-by-case.
Refund eligibility depends on the specific airline’s terms and conditions, as well as the fare type booked. Certain fares, such as promotional or discounted fares, may be non-refundable. We recommend reviewing the fare details carefully at the time of booking to understand your refund eligibility.
To initiate a refund, please contact Jetairlix customer support. If eligible, the refund process may take 7-10 business days to complete, depending on the airline's policy and your payment method. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used during booking.
In cases where only a portion of the booking is eligible for a refund, Jetairlix will process the applicable partial refund according to the airline's policies. Any non-refundable segments of the trip will not be eligible for reimbursement.
Jetairlix service fees, if any, are non-refundable. Additionally, certain airline-imposed fees or taxes may not be refundable. Jetairlix will inform you of any non-refundable charges during the refund process.
